Artisan chocolate made in a stone grinder according to an authentic family recipe, using the bean-to-bar method. The cocoa beans for our chocolates are carefully selected from small farms in South America.
To this pure Bulgarian chocolate, we add world-renowned Bulgarian rose water and the pearls of the Orient - cardamom pods. The citrus aroma of cardamom harmonises beautifully with the floral notes of rose, without overpowering them.
We have carefully balanced the intensity of both aromas, allowing them to remain delicate when combined with the chocolate.
