Top Flowers was "born" on 11 September 2009 in the Lozenets district of Sofia - almost as a joke. We did not have big expectations, only a love for flowers and a desire to create reasons for people to smile. As it turned out, sometimes the best things begin quite naturally.
We launched our online store. Our first deliveries were in Sofia, and soon after that we started sending flowers throughout Bulgaria. The idea was simple - quality, speed and personal attention. No pretence, no unnecessary noise.
We opened a second store in the centre of Sofia. A year later, we closed our first location in Lozenets due to construction work, but we continued forward with even more focus and a clearer direction.
We opened our base in Mladost 1A - a shop, warehouse, logistics hub, refrigerated storage and organisation all under one roof. This was our real step forward and the moment when Top Flowers began to work as a complete system.
We closed our central store and moved part of our work to a dedicated art studio, where we create more unusual, handmade and boutique products. We continued developing Top Flowers with more experience, better organisation and the same attention to detail.
Our team continues to grow and our platform is developing rapidly. We are introducing new features, optimising our processes and constantly improving the customer experience. Today, we offer a wide selection of more than 1000 products - from classic bouquets and luxury floral arrangements to carefully selected gifts, handmade items and seasonal collections.
We import almost all flowers ourselves because we want to control every stage - from choosing the varieties to the moment the bouquet reaches its recipient. This allows us to work with fresh flowers and react quickly according to the season and demand.
We have our own refrigerated vehicles and personal couriers in Sofia. For us, the delivery process is just as important as the bouquet itself, because flowers must arrive in the best possible condition.
Everything you see on our website is prepared by us - from the selection and arrangement to the photos and descriptions. We do not use random images and we do not promise something we cannot deliver.
We do not keep old bouquets in stock and we do not offer anything we would not personally give as a gift. It is a simple standard, but for us it is one of the most important. Every product should look worthy of the occasion it was chosen for.
