Liqueur Bottega | Limoncello

Bottega LIMONCELLO liqueur is a traditional Italian liqueur dating back to the late nineteenth century. It is produced by infusion of lemon peel "Femminello". This variety is widespread in Italy and is characterized by its intense aroma. It is called "Femminello" because of the fertility of the plant, which blooms all year round. Lemons are grown naturally and only the yellow rind is chosen, which is rich in essential oils. Lemon peels are soaked in alcohol for about 30 days. The liquid is then separated from the crusts. Finally, sugar and high-quality grappa are added, which makes this Limoncino unique.
