Rubaiyat 15 Year Old is a high-quality Bulgarian grape rakia, crafted from carefully selected Riesling and Chardonnay grape varieties.
Produced in the region of Veliki Preslav - one of Bulgaria’s traditional wine-growing areas - this rakia is aged for 15 years in oak barrels. The long maturation process gives the spirit impressive smoothness, a rich aromatic profile and a refined finish. Its color is deep amber with golden highlights, while the aroma reveals balanced notes of vanilla, oak, dried fruits and a delicate honey accent. The taste is full-bodied, smooth and harmonious, with a long and memorable finish.
Best enjoyed neat, slightly chilled or at room temperature, allowing its character and aroma to fully unfold.
