We create chocolate directly from cocoa beans in our own factory, following an authentic recipe and using traditional stone mills.
The rose petals are hand-picked early in the morning in the heart of Bulgaria’s Rose Valley. Rose petals are used to produce rose oil and rose water for cosmetic and culinary purposes, as well as in our chocolate.
