Upcoming Changes to Delivery Terms – from September 1, 2025
Dear customers,
Starting from September 1, 2025, we will introduce new conditions regarding the minimum amount for free delivery and the delivery fee. This is due to the sharp increase in logistics costs both in Sofia and across the country.
- New minimum threshold for free delivery:
from the current BGN 70.00 / €35.79
👉 to BGN 97.80 / €50.00 - Reduced delivery fee for orders below this threshold:
from the current BGN 13.00 / €6.65
👉 to BGN 9.78 / €5.00
Our goal is to offer better and fairer delivery options, even for smaller orders.
Important: There are no changes to the additional fees for deliveries outside our working hours in Sofia. Express delivery within 3 hours in the city remains free for orders above the new threshold. All selected time slots within our working hours will also remain free of charge.
Planned Changes for Deliveries in Sofia Region – October 2025
For October 2025, we are preparing updates related to the delivery methods to certain areas around Sofia. These are regions where logistics costs are significantly higher, and the service frequency is lower.
The areas that will be affected by the changes include:
Bankya, Bozhurishte, Botunets, Busmantsi, Vladaya, Zheleznitsa, Ivanyane, Kazichene, Knyazhevo, Krivina, Kubratovo, Mirovyane, Mramor, Negovan, Novi Iskar, Svetovrachane, Chepintsi, Voluyak and other remote areas.
• Important: Specific terms for these deliveries have not yet been introduced – the new terms will be announced at the beginning of October.
