Who are we? How did it all begin? What have we been through?
Top Flowers was “born” on September 11, 2009, in the Lozenets neighborhood—quite literally as a joke. We didn’t have big expectations, just a love for flowers and a desire to bring joy to people. As it turns out, sometimes the best things begin effortlessly.
In 2011, we launched our online store. The first deliveries were in Sofia, and shortly after, we began sending flowers across the entire country. Our idea was simple—to offer quality, speed, and a personal touch. No fuss, no empty promises.
In 2017, we opened our second store in the heart of Sofia. A year later, we had to close our original location in Lozenets due to construction, but it brought our team even closer together at the new spot.
The real leap for us came in 2021, when we opened our base in Mladost 1A—store, logistics, warehouse, and everything under one roof.
Our central store was closed in 2024, and part of our operations moved to a dedicated art studio, where we now create our more unique and handcrafted products.

Top Flowers has always been a small but highly precise business. We never compromise on quality—neither in our choice of flowers nor in their presentation.
- Everything you see on our website is entirely prepared by us—from the selection and arrangement to the photos and descriptions.
- We have professional refrigerated storage, our own fleet of refrigerated vehicles, and logistics fully managed by our team in Sofia.
- We don’t rely on middlemen. We import nearly all our flowers ourselves to ensure their freshness and quality.
- We constantly update our selection based on the season, demand, and aesthetics—we don’t keep outdated bouquets and never offer anything we wouldn’t personally give as a gift.
The Team
We’re a small team of people who simply love what they do. We’re not a big chain, and we’re not trying to be everything for everyone—and that’s exactly our strength. We work with genuine care, pay attention to every detail, and truly believe that flowers are not just a product. They carry a message. Our job is to make sure that message is felt.
